We remember that our products are 100% handmade and therefore it should be taken into account that, the articles could vary slightly in relation to the images shown on meirojoyas.com

Returns are accepted within a maximum period of 30 days after receipt of the product, as long as the piece is in perfect condition, with its original packaging, only for purchases made at www.meirojoyas.com

The full refund will be made within a maximum period of 30 calendar days following receipt of the product in our offices, by the same means of payment with which the purchase was made.

No refund of the costs corresponding to the initial shipment will be made.Returns must be sent to MEIRO JOYAS, under the responsibility and charge of the buyer.

Under no circumstances will you receive shipments postage due.

To manage a refund, follow the steps below:

Send the product in perfect condition and in its original packaging to the following address: C / Vazquez de Mella 29- Local 1, 28017 Madrid Madrid Spain.

It can be sent by any means, that leaves a record, that has been within the period of 30 days established, either through the stamp of the courier company used for the return, or the date of the certified mail.

If you wish, send us an email to info@meirojoyas.com regarding the return.

As proof of the return, we recommend keeping the courier's receipt as proof of delivery of the package.

Once the shipment is received, we will check that the item is in perfect condition and within a maximum period of 30 days we will proceed to make the refund of the amount of the item.

In the case of defective items due to a manufacturing defect, MEIRO JOYAS will replace the item with a new one with the same characteristics.

Changes

 

Changes in size or color will be treated as a new order.

For this the user will have to process a return, following the steps described above, for the refund of the amount of the item
